To all associated members of the Grouping:
As advertised, on our calendar, will take place in the next few days 21-22 April our Promises celebrations weekend, whose program we leave here for the knowledge and consultation of all:

21/04/2018 – Armas evening
16:00 - Concentration on Bridel facilities*
16:00-18:00 - Rehearsals for Promises Day
18:00-20:00 - Group dinner**
20:00-22:00 - Evening of Arms
22:00 - End of Activity
* It is up to the Sections to decide if they want to meet in Unit before this time.
** The Grouping will organize the sale of bread with roasted sausage (2,5€ / each). We ask each element to bring a drink or dessert to share, and money for sausages.

22/04/2018 – Celebration of Promises
16:15 – Concentration at the Sacré-Coeur Church (Luxembourg)
17:00-18:30 – Eucharist and Scout Promises
About these days, we draw your attention to the following aspects, to be taken into account by all the elements:
- All associate members must appear in uniform;
- We call attention to the extreme importance of the participation of all aspirants (and scouts) on the day of the wake of arms, because non-participation compromises the fulfillment of your promise.
By last, but most importantly everything else, take all the scouting spirit that characterizes the elements of AESA and all the desire to make this weekend a memorable and worthy moment to stay in the group's history!
