Estrutura do agrupamento e a constituição das equipas de animaçãoOs nossos Chefes, são adultos formados, motivados e 100% voluntários, responsáveis pelo progresso integral de seus jovens.
Tal como em qualquer outra entidade ou associação, também o LGS obedece a uma lei e hierarquia de forma a garantir o cumprimento de todas as regras e normas tanto do LGS como de obrigação legal.
A cada 3 years, é obrigatória a nomeação de uma nova direção e novas equipas dinamizadoras.
São estas as pessoas responsáveis por gerir todo o agrupamento.

Volunteering with us is easy, fun and flexible – We have the perfect role for you, because as Leaders we are properly trained and supported. By getting a leader you go into a phase of discovery and training in AESA and LGS. The formations are recognized by the state of Luxembourg, pois recebes um certificado de animador (Brevet B, C, E, F) que podes juntar ao teu CV.
Skills
You don't need to be an adventurer like Bear Grylls to get involved in Scouting. You have knowledge in first aid? you are good with numbers? You are a kitchen master? Or you always have a box full of new ideas? We all have useful skills and you can help in many ways.
Recognition
Besides getting externally recognized skills and living fantastic moments, Scouting is also the opportunity to develop personal skills, as teamwork, confidence and leadership. One study found that more than 90% volunteers believe that the skills and experiences obtained through Scouting have been relevant to their personal lives or work.
