Dear Parents / Guardians,
Having regard to the new measures announced today by the Luxembourg Government, we are forced to cancel the parent meeting / council scheduled for tomorrow, since we will not be able to do the same respecting the new rules in force (see points indicated below).
Following that same announcement and based on the same governmental indications, the LGS then defined the set of rules that clusters must follow from now on (and over the next month at least). In summary, the most important aspects are as follows:
- Activities must always be carried out in a section, must be outdoors and with a maximum of 30 people
- O uso de máscara passa a ser obrigatório a todo o momento
- Deve ser sempre mantida a distância de segurança (+ 2m)
- Overnights are not allowed (that is,, a weekend activity with overnight stays will not be possible)
- Mais do que nunca devem continuar a ser mantidos os hábitos de lavar e desinfectar as mãos
Therefore, respecting the aforementioned points and adapting behaviors accordingly, EASA can and will continue to hold its Saturday meetings / activities, at usual time.

Por fim, and because we think it is still important to hold the parent meeting, especially for the presentation, passing information, exchange of questions and clarifications to parents / guardians of the new elements, the AESA Board of Directors proposes that it be held by video conference (via Zoom) next day 31 of October (Saturday) at 18h. During the next week we will send you all the details of the call, so that they can join us.
