Country and Element Alert!
As previously announced, AESA will hold ACAPROMESSAS next weekend (9, 10 and 11 October 2020). Therefore, here are the main warnings:
- Concentration scheduled for 19h, nonlocal field.
- The camp will take place in Mondorf-le-Bains (Scout Center Badboeschelchen asbl, 1 route de Burmerange L - 5659 Mondorf-les-Bains).
- The activity will cost 10eur per element.
- Each element should bring cold dinner for Friday (day 9).
- All elements will have to bring a mask to use during the camp.
- The end of the activity is scheduled for 3pm on Sunday (day 11).
We know that this is naturally a special moment and it was always with great pleasure that we received family members on the field on this occasion but, unfortunately, due to the rules in force for COVID-19, this time it will not be possible to welcome the parents / family of the elements. We therefore ask for your understanding, knowing that these are decisions that EASA is forced to take according to the rules, they are also imposed. We intend to end the previous scouting year in the best way, and that means concluding and signaling the progress of our young people, that well deserve it… This is the reason and the main objective of everyone's effort and dedication..
The camp will be held in accordance with the current rules for COVID-19 defined for this type of activity by LGS (and which are prepared and follow the recommendations of Luxembourg entities). All details can be found here (site do LGS): COVID LGS RULES
We also want to underline that more than once, still within the scope of COVID-19, several elements of the Headship carried out a specific training of the SNJ (National Youth Service) recommended by LGS, with the aim of seeking to ensure a better application of the measures / rules and a smooth running of activities.
